Junction of trail and railroad near Belleayre Ski Center snowmaking reservoir. Reach this point by following the railroad right-of-way west from the site of the old Pine Hill Station on Railroad Avenue in Pine Hill Village. Trail ascends moderately along east side of Cathedral Brook through Hemlock and mixed hardwoods.

Junction with Cathedral Brook Ski Trail. Unmarked road to right leads to Belleayre Mt. Ski Center. Very steep climb begins, following the ski trail.

Turn left off ski trail, continue climbing on foot trail.

Junction with Belleayre Ridge Trail (Red Markers). Left to Pine Hill-West Branch Trail, right to Hirshland leanto (.2 mi) and top of Belleayre chairlift (.75 mi).
