The Hobart Market is home to New York's Western Catskills oldest operational smokehouse. We carry on a 35 year tradition of producing Old-World style Polish & German smoked meats, bacons and sausages, using a blend of local hard and fruitwoods in our Smokehouse to create a unique, savory country flavor.

Organic and meadow raised lamb, goat, chickens, turkeys, eggs, pork, beef and goat milk products are raised and made on our family farm located in a lush, quiet valley in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains in central New York state.
Zaz Sweet Mustard, made with all
natural ingredients. Zaz adds the right kick to any meal!

We are a small herb business located
on 21 acres of woods, field & wetlands at the eastern edge of the
Catskill Mountains. Our vision is to provide you with the highest quality
herbal products and ecologically harvested, freshly dried herbs. We
organically cultivate or wildcraft all of our herbs, and our products
are made with respect for the plants & healing intent. Quantities
are limited and the available herbs will vary with the seasons. We invite
you to walk lightly with us on the earth.
