The Catskill Center is a non-profit organization working to protect the cultural, historic, and natural resources of the Catskill Mountains.

The Catskill Mountain Club is a new association of outdoors-people who love to hike, camp, fish, hunt, canoe, kayak, bike, climb and otherwise enjoy nature and non-motorized outdoor recreational pursuits in the Catskill Mountains.


The Club educates both members and public in outdoor recreational skills; engages in public service and stewardship; and encourages responsible recreational use of the region's natural resources.

Finally, Stony Clove & Catskill Mountain Press is ready to present John Ham's new publication about the great old hotels of the Northern Catskill Mountains. This will be a hard cover full sized book (8.5" x 11") of 448 pages printed on superior quality glossy enameled paper, the finest paper that is commercially available today.
The book will contain nearly 700 photographs, maps and advertisements pertaining to more than 400 different hotels and boarding houses that were located in the "Mountain Top" region of our Catskill Mountains. This will be a very short run publication. |
